FAQ
1. How do I book a photo session with you?
To book a session, you have two options! You can either DM on my Instagram @krystianfowers.photo, and book there, OR you can book through the 'contact me' link on my website, and send me a message.
2. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
For portraits, couples, engagements/bridals, newborns, and families of 5 or fewer receive sneak peeks within 24-48 hours after the shoot. The whole gallery turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your gallery sooner, there will be a rush fee added. If you wish to do this, please say so upon booking. Thank you!
3. Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes! I charge a travel fee! I am located in Salt Lake County, so any service outside of Salt Lake County incurs a travel fee (starting at $15) depending on the distance and time.
4. Is a deposit required to book, and is it non-refundable?
Yes! I require a 25% deposit for all photo sessions, and this is a non-refundable retainer fee when you book. This saves your spot. If there is a circumstance where I have to cancel there will be a refund, but if the client cancels there is no refund. Only under very crucial circumstances.
